		<description>Wow Malou i had no idea you had to squeeze it!  I definitely think by pickling the papaya the pungent taste dispersed hahaha now I am curious as to how pungent it is...maybe i need to get another one :) I guess we both learned something new so thank you too Malou :)!!</description>

Also, making your papaya salad is a lot easier than our  FILipino version of pickled papaya salad.  We have to squeeze out the juice from the papaya thus making the process really tedious.   We were told to do that because they said that the papaya gives a pungent taste if it&#039;s not squeezed.  I wonder if I could do the same process as you did in making the pickled one. Now I want to try making it without squeezing it out, you gave me an idea joy!
